I can't say enough good things about Karen and her studio! I'm not a keener when it comes to exercising and often procrastinates. However I LOVE Karen's Pilate studio and look forward to going back every week! She's extremely patient and encouraging, while customizing her approach based on individual needs. I highly recommend her to anyone who would like to start their Pilate journey!

I can’t recommend this Pilates studio enough! I started as a complete beginner, and Karen immediately made me feel comfortable, welcome, and supported. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to each person in the class.
What I appreciate most is how understanding she is of any physical limitations or restrictions. She always offers modifications and accommodations without making anyone feel uncomfortable or pressured. The classes are challenging in the best way, but always accessible.
Every class feels different, which keeps things interesting and motivating. I've seen fantastic results in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, and I genuinely look forward to every session.

I started as a total beginner having never done Pilates before. Karen is an excellent instructor. She is patient and truly cares about you and your goals. Her private setting is wonderful and allows her to watch you closely to make sure you are exercising safely, preventing injuries. Each class offers something new which keeps it exciting. I’m now hooked on reformer Pilates after 7 weeks and already feel a difference in my body and my strength.
